The spark that starts innovation and drives advancement is creativity. The secret ingredient boosts ordinary thoughts to the extraordinary and turns common people into visionaries. I have dedicated a crucial part of my life to devotion to creativity, understanding it, and knowing the reasons for making certain people more creative than others. Along the way I’ve formed a set of beliefs about how it works – and how to work with it – that is entirely and unapologetically based upon magical thinking. And when I say magic here, I mean it literally like, in the Harry Potter movies. I am referring to the supernatural, the mystical, the inexplicable, the surreal, the divine, the transcendent, and the otherworldly. And because I believe creativity is a fabulous treasure, which in itself is not a human, but in its origins is power and magic. From the masterpieces of da Vinci to the inventions of Tesla, creativity has been the driving force behind some of the world's greatest achievements. So, if you're ready to tap into your own well of creativity and unlock your full potential, buckle up and get ready for a wild ride. We're about to dive deep into the art and science of creativity and discover what makes it such a powerful force in our lives.

I believe the creative process is both magical and magic. Elizabeth Gilbert, one of my favorite authors, once said, "If you are alive, you are a creative person." Everyone of us is creative by nature. It doesn't matter if you don't consider yourself to be an "Artist" or if you've been told your entire life that you aren't even remotely creative. Being creative doesn't require that you earn a living from it or even any money at all. Even sharing your creations with others is totally optional. All you have to do is make use of the special magic that appears when you find something you really enjoy being creative with. However, creativity is like anything else, it is seasonal, it has its peak times, and it also has times to dry up, but the important thing here is to deal with the inevitable dry spell, which comes when we get distracted or sometimes when we are completely disconnected from our creativity, but here is the surprise, this is completely normal, don't worry, as I mentioned earlier, it is seasonal like anything else, sometimes you may disconnect from your creativity unconsciously, and sometimes you discover that you have been interrupted for a long time from creative practice. Either way, over the years, I have made some notes that it will work wonders to help me reunite my intellectual creativity and reduce periods of separation or distraction from creativity in the future. Fortunately، I am here to tell you the outcome and conclusion of years of trying to reconnect with my creativity in simple points. However, that would not only reconnect with creativity but make it more creative. Creativity is like a muscle, and just like any muscle, it needs exercise to stay strong and healthy. If you're feeling stuck or uninspired, it's time to reconnect with your creativity and give it a boost. Here are some simple ways to get your creative juices flowing:
Take a break from technology
Taking a break from technology is an important step in reconnecting with your creativity because it can help you to disconnect from distractions and focus on the present moment. When we are constantly connected to our devices, our minds can become cluttered and overwhelmed, making it difficult to generate new ideas and perspectives. Unfortunately, technology can be addictive especially social media as many people spend hours and hours scrolling social media reels which considered a huge distraction from reality and more importantly your creativity. By taking a break from technology, whether it's for a few hours or a few days, you give yourself the opportunity to clear your mind, reduce stress, and tap into your inner creativity. You can use this time to connect with nature, reflect on your thoughts and emotions, and engage in activities that inspire you. This can help you to gain a fresh perspective on your creative projects and generate new ideas that you may not have thought of otherwise. Disconnect from your devices and take some time to connect with yourself and your surroundings. Go for a walk, take a hike, or simply sit outside and observe nature. I think just now we have known the reasons behind the powerful creativeness of our ancestors. This piece of advice may be extremely difficult to put into practice if you are someone who likes watching movies as an everyday leisure activity that should only be indulged in after an honest day's work. But in reality, taking a break from these activities might be the missing point that your mind needs to start flowing your own creative river. Similar to how properly fueling your body, will enable you to increase your fitness performance, properly fueling your creative brain will enable it to maximize its creative output.
Reordering the furniture of your creative space
Reordering the furniture of your creative space, such as where you draw or create art, can have a significant impact on your creativity. Our physical environment can greatly influence our mood, energy, and mindset, and by changing the layout of your creative space, you can create a more inspiring and motivating atmosphere. For example, if you typically draw or create art at a desk, try rearranging the furniture to create a more open and inviting space. You could move your desk to face a window or natural light source, or create a cozy seating area where you can relax and brainstorm new ideas. By changing the layout of your space, you can create a more visually appealing and stimulating environment, which can help to spark new ideas and inspire creativity. Additionally, reordering the furniture of your creative space can help you to break free from routine and habitual thinking. When we become too comfortable in our surroundings, our minds can become stagnant and uninspired. By changing the layout of your space, you force yourself to approach your creative practice in a new way, which can help to unlock new ideas and perspectives.
Early Bird
Being an early bird can have significant benefits for your creativity. By waking up early and starting your day before the rest of the world, you can create a sense of calm and quiet that is conducive to creativity. One benefit of being an early bird is that it allows you to establish a consistent morning routine. By waking up at the same time each day and dedicating the first part of your morning to activities that inspire you, such as reading, meditating, or exercising, you can set the tone for the rest of your day and create a sense of structure and consistency in your creative practice. This can help you to stay motivated and focused on your creative goals.
In addition to establishing a morning routine, being an early bird can also provide you with uninterrupted time to work on your creative projects. When you wake up before the rest of the world, you can create a peaceful and distraction-free environment that is conducive to creativity. This can help you to fully immerse yourself in your creative process and generate new ideas and perspectives. Another benefit of being an early bird is that it allows you to take advantage of the benefits of natural light. Early morning light is softer and warmer than the harsh light of midday, and it can help to create a more visually appealing and inspiring environment for your creative practice. By working in natural light, you can improve your mood, energy, and overall well-being, which can help to boost your creativity and productivity. In addition, waking up early is a preferable practice in almost all religions. For example, in Islam, it is recommended to wake up early for the morning prayer, known as (Fajr). This prayer is performed before sunrise and is considered to be one of the most important daily prayers. In addition, many Muslims choose to wake up even earlier to perform additional prayers or to engage in personal spiritual practices. Similarly, in Hinduism, waking up early is considered to be an important spiritual practice, as it is believed to enhance one's spiritual growth and development. Many Hindus wake up early to perform their daily prayers, engage in yoga or meditation, or spend time in contemplation or reflection. In Christianity, waking up early is also considered to be a valuable spiritual practice. Many Christians choose to wake up early to pray, read the Bible, or engage in other spiritual practices that help to deepen their relationship with God.

In today's fast-paced and constantly connected world, it can be challenging to find the time and space to nurture our creativity. However, by implementing simple practices such as waking up early, taking breaks from technology, and rearranging our creative spaces, we can tap into our full creative potential and unleash our inner artists. Whether you're an established artist or simply someone who wants to explore their creative side, these tips can help you to reconnect with your creativity and find inspiration in even the most mundane of activities. By making creativity a priority in your life, you can discover new passions, explore new mediums, and experience the joy and fulfillment that comes with expressing yourself through art.
So why not take the first step today and commit to nurturing your creative side? You never know where it may lead you or what amazing creations you may discover within yourself.
